Years of schooling gets smacked in the face like this. I bet all our English teachers loathe their jobs right now. How lazy are we becoming to try to shorten every word we come across. If you are one of these people- LEARN SHORTHAND! It's faster. Don't butcher the language.

Someone mailed me IMHO in one of the emails. I had no idea what it meant until Google helped. An attempt to search that opened a whole can of worms. I felt like I was living in another world of alien language.

Am I old?

Does no one care about punctuation, clauses, adverbs, pronouns, conjunctions etc. anymore? I didn't receive a memo!
